WWII – Fighting on All Fronts with Robert and Chelle Lewis: Black Service Members

In honor of Black History Month, we invite you to join storytellers Robert and Chelle Lewis as they uncover the stories and the names of Black Service Members involved in WWII.  
Space is limited. The event takes place in the Watson-Curtze Mansion
This event is free for members and $10 for nonmembers.
Advance reservations are required — no payments will be accepted at the door.

About Robert Lewis:
Cherokee storyteller Robert Lewis works with heritage centers, museums, and schools throughout the country.

From his website: "He is the proud great nephew of Navajo Code Talker PFC Harry Tsosie, the first and only of the original Code Talkers to be killed in action. He is a major supporter of the Commemorative Air Force RISE ABOVE Squadron and enjoys working with the community to understand Indigenous roles in US history."
