Only 8 seats are left at our dining room table. Mansion dinners always sell out. Here's the menu of our 4-course meal:
1st course: Julienne Soup
2nd course: Boiled Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce. Served upon a silver platter, accompanied by new potatoes and sprigs of parsley.
3rd course: Roast Goose with Chestnut Stuffing attended by apple sauce, rich brown gravy, and roasted potatoes.
OR
Roast Angus Beef with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish. Stewed Red Cabbage, Mashed Turnips, and Brussels Sprouts.
Dessert: Plum Pudding à la Brandy. Ignited at table and served with sweet sauce.
